OPEN DATA & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CHALLENGE 2024
Are you able to create a solution combining artificial intelligence and open data?
What does the challenge consist of?
It is a competition or event whose aim is to answer the challenge: ‘Are you able to create a solution by combining Artificial Intelligence with open data?’
It is based on the creation of a solution that responds to one of the five proposed use cases, being mandatory to use one of the Open Data Bizkaia datasets in combination with Artificial Intelligence. The challenge will be worked on individually or in teams that will register through the form available here.
With regard to the requirement that open data be used, these may be from any source, although they must include a dataset (collection of data on a subject) from the Provincial Council of Bizkaia or the local councils of the territory, available on the Open Data Bizkaia portal (https://www.opendatabizkaia.eus/en). The teams may propose the incorporation of data managed by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia or the local councils of the territory into the open data portal.

The only requirement is that it must fit within the competences of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia or the local councils. If you have any doubts in this respect, you can write to us to clarify them.
